James Juliano – Chairman of the Board

Mr. Juliano is the founder of Omega Development Corporation, a 30-year old, full-service general contractor that develops commercial projects in the retail, governmental and institutional sector throughout the Midwest. Under Juliano’s management, Omega has generated over $200 million in revenue since its inception. Previously, Juliano spent four years as an advisor and cost analyst for the rehabilitation of government apartments and housing. He holds licenses in real estate, building and contracting in several Midwestern states. He served in the U.S. military from 1969 to 1972, when he was a paratrooper in Germany to reconnaissance in Vietnam.

Stephen Gaffney – Board Member

Mr. Gaffney is the President and CEO of Penn Global Marketing. Steve is also the CEO of Universal Protection Management, a direct sales organization whose primary objective is to market and distribute iSekurity’s Identity Theft protection service. Steve has served Penn Global for more than three decades. His senior management team of 20 has a combined history with the same firm of over 500 years.  With a leadership style of empowering talent, Mr. Gaffney has created a continuously growing trail of success in the industry.

John (Pete) Salpietra

John (Pete) Salpietra – Board Member

Mr. Salpietra was the National Vice President of C.H. Robinson Company, one of the world's largest third party logistics providers, with 2010 gross revenues of $9.3 billion.   He retired from C.H. Robinson in 2005, after 25 years of service. He is the majority owner and managing partner of Moose Ridge Golf Course in South Lyon, MI.  In 2005, Pete and 3 other partners founded Val-Tec Plastics, a provider of custom plastic injection molding products.  Recently, Mr. Salpietra became investor and Board member of iSekurity and Ecology Coatings, Inc.  He attended Youngstown State University from 1972 to 1976.  He funded an Athletic Scholarship in 2009 at Youngstown State University in the name of “Dom's Ice House”, a company that Pete is a partner in. His Salpietra Family Charitable Foundation was initiated in 2007.

Matthew Bitonti – Chief Executive Officer

As iSekurity’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bitonti is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company as well as managing the strategic development and execution of corporate and product plans. He sets direction for the company's continued success in identity theft discovery, investigation and restoration. He also oversees iSekurity’s team of Former United States Federal Agents that aggressively investigate crimes of identity theft against its members.  After receiving a Bachelors Degree from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, Bitonti has produced "STATE CHAMPS!" High School Sports show, a 3-time Emmy Award winning program now in its 10th season. Bitonti has a broad level of experience in the insurance, entertainment and security industries. Bitonti was a quarterback and 4 year member of the Michigan State University Football Team coached by Nick Saban.

Lindsey Shirey – Vice President of Operations

Ms. Shirey provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of iSekurity with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to the companies call center representatives. Ms. Shirey identifies training needs, recommends employee actions and communicates with all staff on the progress of strategies.  She reviews and approves plans to control labor efficiency, material efficiency, new areas of technology and customer service satisfaction.  After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas, Shirey was a sales manager for Celebrate Magazine in Northwest Arkansas.

John Pollock - Director of Investigations

Mr. Pollock has over 28 years of government experience. He retired after serving as a Special Agent for both the Social Security Administration-Office of the Inspector General, and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services-Office of Inspector General. He participated on the FBI Violent Crime Task Force, FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) and the Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team. He has obtained and executed numerous arrest warrants, conducted search warrants and participated in undercover operations. He has received numerous awards and citations, including a citation from FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, III; the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) Plaque of Appreciation from USSS Director Mark Sullivan; and a team award from the U.S. President’s Council on Integrity and Efficiency. He served as a U.S. Army Captain.

Daniel Iannotti – General Counsel & Secretary

Mr. Iannotti serves as our General Counsel and Secretary, responsible for all legal and Board matters.   Mr. Iannotti has served as general counsel for four publically held companies, including Ecology Coating, Inc., Prodigy Communications, Hoover’s, and Origen Financial.  He also spent several years as a staff attorney for AT&T, associate at Dickinson Wright and principal at TheGeneralCounsel.com.  Mr. Iannotti holds a MBA and BA from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Wayne State University Law School, where he was an editor of the Wayne Law Review.  Iannotti is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Illinois.
